·         It is used for various works that require maintenance of the cleanliness and purity like plant tissue culture, examination and experimentation of precision electronics parts, medical sciences, pharmacy, agriculture sector and the like.

·         Designed so as to meet the requirements of US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295) providing particle free air to meet class 100 (Class conditions).

·         Cabinets is fabricated of Wooden board laminated with sunmica or cold rolled steel duly powder coated / PCGI OR stainless steel (SS-304grade)(as ordered).

·         Working table is made of Stainless Steel Sheet (SS-304 grade).

·         Front door is made out of thick transparent plexi glass.

·         Air drawn through pre-filter is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger.

·         Heavy Duty Motor operates with minimum noise level.

·         Using a dynamic machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically & dynamically balanced.

·         Working area is illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit.

·         Supplied complete with S.S. Table Top, Transparent front door, Static Pressure Manometer, Built in U.V. Germicidal light and Cock for gas, air or vacuum line, HEPA filters and pre-filter.

·         The highly efficient HEPA filter maintains the optimum cleanliness and purity.

·         The prefilter fitted extends the life of HEPA filter drastically.

·         Silent Vibration-Free Blower ensure noiseless operation and anti-vibration construction provides efficient working environment.

ASI air showers are used before entering a clean room to blow off excess dust particles from clean room personnel before they enter, to minimize contamination. Hepa filters are used to decontaminate a room by filtering out particles greater than 0.3 micrometers in size. It is located between unclean and clean room.

It is cost effective, easy to maintain and are designed to blow air in different directions. It is widely used in clean rooms and various labs. It is easy to operate one just need to roll it at the door of clean room plug in and ready to use.

Product Overview and Explanation (Air shower Technology)

Our air shower is a fully self-contained unit with high degree of maneuverability.  They are fully equipped to provide complete de-contamination solutions to the clean room or manufacturing/assembly area from personnel entering the space.  The ease of operation of our air shower is such that, one just needs to roll it at the door of the clean room, plug in and it is ready to be used.

Our air showers are closed cubicles and work on the principle of subjecting the personnel through adequate velocity of clean air coming through a pre filter assembly comprising of poly fiber synthetic media of approximately 1” thickness (washable). And then the same air is passed through a high efficiency perfect air filter made from glass pleated non-woven filter media having a minimum efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3 micron particle size.

The normal face velocity of air coming through different jets of the air shower have a thorough cleaning effect and dislodges the suspended/stuck particles lying on the surface of the garment/body of the personnel entering the air shower and thus making him/her virtually free from the particulate matter.
