:-  Working principleand structuralcharacteristic:s

The machine is composed  of hydraulic  part, main drive part, electric  control  part, auxiliary part and so on.

The hydraulic  part is composed  of an oil tank, a motor, a pump, an oil cylinder, etc. The main motor with a  pump rotates clockwise  to suck oil, and the oil supply cylinder  moves up and down with a cutter  body (V-shaped,  U-shaped  special broach) at a speed of 2.0m/min. And U-shaped  notch. here is a  lubricating  oil cup on the knife seat. Fill the oil cup with lubricating  oil (30# engine oil or other  lubricating  oil) when working.  Before and after cutting,  use a brush with a small amount of oil to remove the iron filings and lubricate the cutting  edge. Be sure to use a brush to remove the iron filings  before cutting.  There is an oil box under the oil cylinder  to receive a small amount of lubricating  oil. It can be cleaned regularly according  to the length of working  time of the machine
